Dear Russ,

I want to thank you ever so much for rescuing me and finding me my forever home. Please thank that nice man for calling you to come and get me.  We made it home safe and sound.  I slept almost all the way. After

 we got home my new mom and dad fed me and gave me a bath. I stood perfectly still while my mom bathed me so that she wouldn't miss any part of me.  My coat shines and i smell so good.  The very next day my mom and dad took me for my wellness checkup. I passed with flying colors. the only thing is I have to put on 5-7 pounds. No problem! i am fed this really yummy food 3 times a day.  My mom and dad let me sleep with them and I love to cuddle up really close. Boy is that bed soft and warm. I'll never be shivering cold again.  Best thing is that my mom and dad tell me all the time what a good girl I am and how much they love me.  I'll never want for anything!  I'll keep you posted n what I'm up to.
